Our first snow in Maryland

We had snow!  Those of us from California are so excited.  We had a few flurries late at night and like the fools we are, we stood out in the snow, the kids standing looking up with their mouths open trying to catch a flake on their tongues.    It lasted a few hours and did not even stick on the ground.  The next morning there was not a sign of snow.  We were sad.  The next afternoon the snow came in earnest.  It started snowing huge fluffy snowflakes that clung to our clothes, eyelashes, cars and the ground.  It snowed for hours and was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.  The kids, Maria and I had a blast.  Noah made snow angels and just lay and enjoyed it with all his heart.  Trinity as you can see in the picture wallowed in it.  Maria and I took tons of pictures.
