Scanning albums

I am certainly in the digital world now.  I have way to many photo albums so I have decided to put my pictures on DVDs.  They will be easier to store, if we want to see the pictures I will have a slide show of each of the albums along with a data disc.  I have scanned up to Maria's tenth year, 1987.  She was a busy little bee, singing, acting, dancing, and generally just having a great time.  But all this looking back makes me wonder where the time went.  I only  have twenty five more years to scan, but it sure is fun.  Oh, about the picture of me above.  That was taken on the day she was an extra in "Golden Child."   One of the perks of living here in southern California.  Some of the girls in her choir had an agent and she wanted one too.  Who knew she would be so busy?  It was fun while it lasted.


We are enjoying the first few days of spring.  As usual for this time of year we have had some rain. The flowers are blooming and the iris are looking beautiful.  Roses are in full bud with a few flowers.   It is definitely my favorite time of year.
